Donaldson reserves the right to change specifications, product descriptions, product quality, pricing and application at any time without notice and without obligation. We believe the contents and specifications of the website are correct. We assume no liability for any errors in listings, specifications, part numbers, prices or model applications.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping:
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. All orders are shipped via UPS-ground unless customer makes other arrangements. For an additional charge customers can request UPS-Red, Blue or 3-day service.
All products are tested prior to shipment. We strongly recommend that all shipments are inspected upon receipt to make sure that all parts in tact. If you find anything missing or damaged, we recommend you place a complaint with the shipping company and mail us a copy of the complaint.
All claims for damages and shortages are to be made with the shipping company directly.

Orders:
For any order discrepancies not related to damages or shortages, you must contact Donaldson within seven (7) days of receipt of order.
All backorders will be shipped automatically by UPS ground once it becomes available. If you wish to make other arrangements for back orders, you will have to mention it with the order.

Limited Warranty:
All merchandise manufactured by Donaldson has a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of invoice.
If a user has a warranty claim, they can contact Donaldson with all the relevant documents - Proof of purchase (original invoice), RMA # and packing slip details.
The warranty is limited to replacement of defective product - Donaldson will examine and determine the exact nature of the defect. Donaldson will not warranty any product that has been modified or that has been installed incorrectly or misused.
For any form of warranty to be in effect, the purchase has to be made directly from Donaldson or from its authorized resellers.
Donaldson reserves the right to repair, replace or issue a credit for defective products at its discretion. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other guarantees or warranties implied or expressed. Buyer assumes all risk for any and all damage caused to themselves, a third party and/or property by virtue of failure of these products.


Returns:
No returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase. All requests for returns must be authorized by Donaldson with a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Products authorized for return must have:

  1. All returns must be prepaid. Donaldson will not accept COD or packages with partial shipment changes.
  2. Return Merchandize Authorization number (RMA#) written on the outside of the shipment
  3. Copy of the original invoice for the item purchased
  4. Reason for return
  5. Complete contact information including email and telephone numbers and shipping address.

Authorized returns will be repaired, replaced or issued an Donaldson credit. Credits are valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of issue. No refund will be issued. No credit will be issued for labor or other costs incurred beyond the value of the original product.
There is a 25% restocking fee for the authorized return of new product. New product must be in original and in a condition fit to sell as new.
Used product, if found to be defective, will not be valued at the full purchase price. A depreciated value will be estimated for used product. Product accepted as a warranty claim will be repaired or replaced and returned via UPS ground.

Payment:
You can pay via - money order, cashiers check or wire transfer. Checks will be accepted from individuals and organizations that have been pre-authorized Donaldson . We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Cash is not accepted. Any overpayment will be posted as a credit on account or refunded when requested in writing. Credits are valid for a period of six (6) months from issuance. Returned Checks and Refused Shipments: A $ 100.00 processing fee will be charged for all returned checks. The fee charged for refused shipments is $100.00 or 25% restocking, whichever is greater, plus applicable freight charges. Payment is to be made in full immediately.
